Antioxidant 1010
Antioxidant 1010 is a high-molecular-weight hindered phenolic antioxidant with high thermal stability and strong resistance to migration. It is mainly used for protecting against thermal oxidation of polypropylene, polyethylene, polyformaldehyde, ABS resins and synthetic rubber. Antioxidant 1010 has extremely low toxicity (LD50 for rats by oral administration is > 5g/kg). The general addition amount is 0.1% to 0.5%, and it is suitable for food packaging materials. Storage requires moisture-proof and heat insulation.

Polybutene and olefin copolymer Polyaldehyde resin, polyamide, polyurethane, polyester, polyvinyl chloride and styrene can also be applied
In homopolymers or copolymers, elastomers, adhesives and other organic materials. It can assist in antioxidation with phosphite esters and thioesters
The effect is better when the agents are used in combination. Recommended addition amount: 0.05% to 0.5%. Polyolefin: 0.05% – 0.4%; Hot melt adhesive: 0.2% – 1%; Adhesive: 0.1% – 0.5%.
