
Antioxidant 215
Antioxidant 215 is a compound formed by blending phenolic antioxidant 1010 and phosphite ester antioxidant 168 in a ratio of 1:2. It exhibits excellent thermal and oxidative stability, low volatility, and good compatibility with various resins.
Performance and application:
Antioxidant 215 exhibits excellent processing stability for polyolefins and provides long-lasting protection, as demonstrated by the use of phenolic antioxidant 1010. When combined with phosphite ester antioxidant 168, it produces a synergistic effect that effectively inhibits thermal oxidative degradation in polymers. Its application is not limited to polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, and EVA, but also extends to engineering plastics, styrenic homopolymers and copolymers, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic materials. Additionally, this product can be used in conjunction with light stabilizers, such as hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) and ultraviolet absorbers. The recommended dosage typically ranges from 0.1% to 0.8%.
Storage and Package:
It should be stored in a dry and cool environment as a general chemical and kept in a sealed carton.
Packed in cartons or paper-plastic composite bags lined with plastic bags, 25Kg/carton(bag).
