Application:

• Rubber industry: As a plasticizer, lubricant, isolator and demolding agent, it can soften natural rubber and synthetic rubber.
• Paper industry: As a lubricant for the coating layer of paper, it can enhance the lubricity and hydrophobicity of the coating surface, improve the smoothness and delicacy of the paper, make the paper smooth and flat, prevent cracking after drying, and improve the printability.
• Coating industry: It can enhance the leveling and hydrophobicity of the coating, improve the smoothness and anti-cracking property of the coating film.
• Plastic processing industry: it can be used as a heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride and as a lubricant and demolding agent for other plastic processing.
• Textile products: it can be used as a finishing agent to enhance the hydrophobic property of the product’s surface.
• Metal processing:it is used for lubrication treatment during the cold extrusion, cold stamping and cold drawing and rolling processes of metal materials.
• Construction industry:it is used in the manufacturing process of foamed cement products. It not only improves the stability of the foam but also enhances the waterproof performance of the products. At the same time, it can also be used in the demolding process of cement products.
